Warszawska 40/2A, KRS: 0000801600, NIP: 6482795980, REGON: 3842312130 (hereinafter: "Gold Rubber Group sp. z o. o. sp.k." or "Administrator") collects, uses and protects personal data of users of the Website located at address: http://goldrubber.eu (hereinafter: "Website"), as well as presenting the rights of users of the Website in connection with the processing of their personal data by Gold Rubber Group sp. z o. o. sp.k. This document also contains information regarding the use of cookies and analytical tools on the Website.


§ 2 DATA ADMINISTRATOR

Gold Rubber Group sp. z o. o. sp.k. exercises constant control over the data processing process and limits access to data as much as possible, granting appropriate authorizations only when necessary. Gold Rubber Group sp. z o. o. sp.k. makes every effort to ensure respect for Users' privacy and protection of personal information provided by Users when using the Website. For this purpose, it is used, among others: secure communication encryption protocol (SSL).


§ 3 SCOPE OF COLLECTED DATA


Gold Rubber Group sp. z o. o. sp.k. collects ordinary data and only to the extent necessary to ensure the proper operation of the Website. Gold Rubber Group sp. z o. o. sp.k. does not collect special category data (i.e. data on: political views, religious beliefs, racial origin, sexual orientation, health data, etc.).


§ 4 PURPOSE AND BASIS FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

Gold Rubber Group sp. z o. o. sp.k. informs that Users' personal data will be processed for the following purposes: for purposes arising from legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator or a third party, in particular to pursue, establish and defend against claims, provide Users with information on changes to the Privacy Policy and cookie policy - based on Article. 6 section 1 letter f GDPR, as well as for analytical purposes consisting in the analysis of data collected automatically when using the website, including cookies, e.g. Google Analytics cookies - pursuant to Art. 6 section 1 letter a) and f) GDPR, in order to provide an answer electronically (via e-mail address) or by telephone to a question asked via the contact form or distribution form posted on the website of the Online Service - pursuant to Art. 6 section 1 letter a) GDPR, i.e. based on the User's consent in order to conclude and implement a possible contract between the User and the Administrator and to service the User as a client of the Administrator or a person acting on behalf of such a client, as well as to conduct financial settlements with the client - pursuant to Art. 6 section 1 letter b) and f) GDPR in order to fulfill the Administrator's legal obligations towards the tax authorities on the basis of separate provisions - pursuant to Art. 6 section 1 letter c) GDPR; in order to respond electronically (via e-mail address) or by phone to the submitted application and for the needs necessary to carry out the recruitment process - pursuant to Art. 6 section 1 letter a) GDPR. Providing personal data by the Website User is voluntary, but is required to achieve the processing purposes described above. Failure to provide personal data by the user may result in the inability to use the functionality of the Website. Failure by the Website User to provide personal data will result in the inability to receive answers to inquiries submitted via the distribution form located in the "Distribution" tab, contact form located in the "Contact" tab, application form located in the "Job looking for a person" tab, as well as recruitment before employment and the inability to receive commercial information.


§ 5 DATA PROCESSING PERIOD


1. Personal data of Website Users may be processed for the following period of time:

- in relation to the purpose defined in point a - for the period resulting from the provisions on the limitation of claims,

- in relation to the purpose defined in point b - for the period necessary to clarify the matter in connection with receiving an inquiry via the contact form or distribution form available on the website or until consent to the processing of personal data is withdrawn,

- in relation to the purpose defined in point c - until the marketing consent is withdrawn, and in relation to the newsletter service - until the consent is withdrawn or for the period of availability of the newsletter service;

- in relation to the purpose defined in point d - until the contract is performed and fully settled;

- in relation to the purpose defined in point e – for the period resulting from separate tax regulations;

- in relation to the purpose defined in point f – until the recruitment procedure is completed.

2. After the indicated periods, the data will be deleted.


§6 RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA


    The data of the Website Users will be processed by authorized employees of Gold Rubber Group sp. z o. o. sp.k. To ensure the proper functioning of the Website, it is necessary for the Administrator to use the services of external entities. The Administrator ensures that he uses the services of data processing entities in a proper manner in accordance with the provisions of law, including the EU GDPR regulation, and that - if required - he has concluded contracts with these entities for entrusting the processing of personal data. The Administrator transfers data only when it is necessary to achieve the purpose of processing and only to the extent necessary for this purpose. Users' personal data may be transferred to the following recipients: a) providers of hosting and ICT services.

Gold Rubber Group sp. z o. o. sp.k. does not make decisions that have legal effect for users of the Website or that affect users of the Website in a similar way and that are the result of automated processing, including decisions resulting from profiling.
