GENERAL PURPOSE belts
Our general purpose fabric/rubber GRG belts are a reliable solution for transporting a variety of bulk materials in a wide range of operating environments. They are versatile, serving the industrial, mining, agriculture and construction sectors. They are ideal for transporting stone, gravel, sand, non-aggressive chemicals, cokes, agricultural products and other materials, e.g. construction. The key feature of our belts is their precise design. They have a fabric-rubber core with 2-5 layers, enriched with durable rubber covers and edges that ensure durability.
Inside the fabric interlayers, a special layer of inter-layer rubber is used, which additionally strengthens the structure of the tape. Based on EP polyester-polyamide and PP polyamide-polyamide sandwich fabrics, our GRG belts guarantee a high quality standard. Moreover, we emphasize that all our belts are antistatic, which ensures additional safety when using them.
WEAR-RESISTANT Belts
Specially designed for the most demanding applications, GRG wear-resistant belts are a symbol of strength and reliability. Designed to transport abrasive bulk materials, these belts can withstand the challenges of even the harshest environments such as mining, quarries and recycling. Where other belts fail, our abrasion-resistant GRG belts ensure uninterrupted operation and long service life, making them an ideal solution for industries related to road construction or intensive production.
Structurally, they are based on a proven fabric and rubber core with 2-5 layers. However, their distinguishing feature is the increased abrasion resistance of the rubber layer, which is adapted to constant contact with sharp edges and hard materials.
OIL-RESISTANT Belts
Transporting materials containing oils or fats is a challenge for many conveyor belts, which may be deformed under the influence of these substances. Our oil-resistant GRG belts are created to meet this challenge. They owe their exceptional resistance to the advanced fabric and rubber construction.
They are used in sectors such as recycling, mushroom production and the automotive industry, protecting against the negative impact of oils and fats on the structure of the belt. Based on a solid core and specially designed covers, they guarantee uninterrupted operation even in the most difficult conditions.
SLIP belts
Our GRG slip belts are the number one choice in many industries thanks to their reliability and versatility. Designed for precise transport, they are irreplaceable when moving single items or packaging, but they are equally effective in handling a variety of materials. Thanks to a special supporting layer that guarantees exceptional adhesion, they minimize the risk of loads slipping, even on inclined conveyors.
Also key to their efficiency is the use of a smooth polyester fabric on the bottom, which reduces energy consumption. Using a three-layer carcass, our GRG skid belts combine performance and durability. CHEVRON belts
Chevron type GRG belts are an ideal solution for places where moving loads at a significant angle is crucial. A characteristic feature of these belts is their smooth surface and unique thresholds, which were vulcanized together with the belt in one production process, which allows transport at an angle without the risk of the load slipping. Depending on specific needs, we offer Chevron GRG belts with various profiles - 17mm and 32mm, adapting to the requirements and specificity of the transported materials.
Their use is wide and works primarily in the mining industry, including quarries, sand pits and coal mines; they are irreplaceable in cement plants and in the agricultural industry.
ELEVATOR belts
GRG elevator belts are a response to the specialized needs of the industry, enabling effective transport of materials almost completely vertically. This unique solution allows you to attach buckets optimized for the effective transfer of various materials. Their construction is based on 4 or 5 spacers made of rubberized fabrics, which ensures unrivaled resistance to damage. In the food industry, they are perfect for transporting products such as cereal grains, oilseeds, sugar and salt.
In the chemical industry, they are ideal for transporting fertilizers, and in the mining sector, they are irreplaceable for transporting sand and other aggregates. Thanks to their high durability, these belts are also widely used in the grain, milling and wood industries. belts RESISTANT TO INCREASED TEMPERATURES
In the world of conveyor belts, high temperature is one of the most difficult challenges. It has a ruthless effect on the material, accelerating the aging process, which leads to the hardening and cracking of the rubber. Recognizing this challenge, our GRG conveyor belts have been specifically designed to operate in extreme temperature conditions.
Our GRG belts, constructed with three fabric-rubber spacers, are mainly used to transport hot bulk materials, such as sinters, ashes, limestone or clinker. The whole thing is reinforced with special core rubber and covers with increased thermal resistance, the minimum recommended thickness of which is 4 2 mm.
